Okay, this one has been formenting in my twisted little mind for a long time. When churches look for new staff, I wish they’d avoid asking the following:
“Looking for someone who can grow our 50 member church to 5,000 within three years.”
“Must show proven track record of growing youth ministry larger than 2,000 teens.”
