Personal Statement of Faith
I believe in the Triune God—Father, Son and Spirit who is immanent, omniscient, omnipotent, perfect, holy, and personal and yet mysterious. Maker of all things visible and invisible, He is Creator, Lord, and Master to be worshiped and exalted by humanity.

We are fallen through the rebellion of our foreparents Adam and Eve and totally depraved and in need of regeneration and re-connection with God. We are created in the image of God for His glory alone and our sole purpose is to glorify Him. Each human being by virtue of who created them matters to God and must matter to the Church.
God the Son is the Incarnate One whose substitutionary atonement for humanity’s sin makes it possible for those who receive Him by faith to be saved and delivered from the penalty and power of sin, is ever alive and resurrected from the dead with all power in His hand. He is fully God and fully human, sitting at the right hand of the Father and making intercession for us. He will, as He has promised, return again for the Bride.
The Holy Spirit
God the Holy Spirit is a Person who indwells those who receive Christ by faith through God’s grace. Not only does He indwell the believer but also baptizes us into the Body of Christ, matures us, and empowers us for her service.
The Church’s mission is to fulfill the Great Commission. The Church is not a building, a program, or a country club but a living organism, quickened by the power and presence of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. While the world can only offer tolerance, the Church of Jesus Christ offers grace the world can never give.
The Lord Jesus will return to judge the quick and the dead. When? He told us not to worry but to WORK. Theologians continue to argue about the specifics of the timing but Jesus promises us that He will return and that those who have put their faith in Him will be with Him forevermore. The eschatological mysteries known only to God are not for us to profit from through horrifically written and theologically spotty fiction but rather to spur us to be about kingdom business so that the world would hear the gospel and receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
