Foolishness in the UMC

I am not calling out an entire denomination on the ridiculous decision to offer multi-faith religious training.

I’m just asking what would possess a Christian university to make such a decision in light of Jesus’ own words about Himself and in light of the rest of God’s Word about Jesus and His redemptive work on the Cross.

Claremont’s decision is symptomatic of a deeper problem pervading the American church: a disconnect between the “decision” to follow Jesus and the discipleship He demands.
